 APPROACH

OUR 5 I’s APPROACH!
Our philosophy is never to run a standard module but to customize programs based on the profile and the needs of the organization. Our courses are therefore developed through the 5 I’s Approach - a modular methodology, which enables us to develop courses which can be modified to meet your time and training needs, focusing only on the modules of priority to your needs.

Our 5’I’s Approach thus demonstrates a phased approach in training design and delivery.

Identification
We look at training need identification as the most important part of the Client Engagement Process. Our advisors and research team through its expert panel of consultants, develops an effective and efficient TNA (training need analysis) process. We invest considerable time and effort in understanding and identification of learners’ needs and defining alignment between training needs and business objectives. Varying with your organisational needs, budget and time factor, we adopt different tools like questionnaires, focus group techniques, observation tools, data analysis or a combination of these.

Ideation
Our team of subject-matter experts would analyze the data and specifics collected during “Identification’ phase and after exhaustive discussions to clarify the exact expectations of both the participants and the organization would develop a ‘Blueprint’ or a ‘Case Analysis’. Our module development team uses this blueprint as a platform to create course materials and activities for an optimal learning intervention.

Implementation
Our team of trainers is a prominent mix of academicians, industry experts and qualified and widely experienced ‘Facilitators’ who strive to provide our clients with cutting edge services and  solutions. Currently we have over 50 Distinguished Trainers and facilitators extending and engaging some of the Top Corporates with training solutions across the world.

Our training methodology ensures that the module – it’s objectives, methods and materials – take into account the unique experiences of the participants. In this way learning is participant-centered, with the trainer assuming the role of a ‘facilitator’ – someone who guides and supports the participants through their learning experiences. In adopting this experiential training approach, we seek to encourage autonomy and empowerment in individuals through case studies, assignments, role-plays , games and exercises, simulations and ‘Action Plans’ in order to ensure practical and measured applications at the workplace.

I-Flection!
Our training intervention does not end with the delivery of the module. Over the years, we have incorporated and emphasized increasingly relevant measures to determine the value of training on specific & business related performance indicators such as sales fluctuations, employee motivation levels, customer retention, top line revenue, and other Returns on Investment indicators related to organizational objectives.

Our ‘I-Flection’ or reflections phase is where we invest the maximum of our effort on formative and summative evaluations of both the trainer and program module. We employ tools like questionnaires, 360° Feedbacks, collective data analysis or their permutations, depending upon your time and financial budgets to evaluate training impact at 3 different levels: Reaction, Learning, and Action.

Improvise!
We believe that reorientation of any training intervention is the key to a long term association with our clients and the secret to business success. We have a team of proficient facilitators focusing on Key Account Management that involves day to day interaction and continued service consultation to our potential and long associated clientele.
