Ravi Dhar is Professor of Marketing and Co-director
of The Center for Customer Insights at the Yale School
of Management, besides being the Professor of Psychology
at Yale University. An expert in consumer behavior,
branding, marketing management and marketing strategy,
his consulting experience is rich and diverse. Professor
Dhar has pioneered work in analyzing factors that influence
consumer preference formation and choice strategies,
and the practice of psychological and economic principles
to identify successful consumer and competitive strategies.
