Deepak has been associated with Planman Consulting for
over five years now and leads the Human Resource Consulting
group of Planman Consulting.
Under Deepak’s aegis the Human
Resource Consulting Group has served over 100 clients
in virtually every industry and type of organization,
including most of the Fortune 500 corporations. Deepak
has led the group in revolutionizing its businesses
through careful strategic planning. As a result, he
has re-engineered its transition and organizational
consulting businesses, increased its number of global
& local clients and has dramatically raised its
presence in the corporate world today.
Deepak is an executioner of dreams
& brings with him an extraordinary fire which lit
his every move and also his people. He is the man who
has consolidated all consulting activities of Planman
that are related to human resources management &
development.
His strength comes from his self –driven

eight years of business experience he brings a unique

human resources, client relations, and internal operations.

Wadhwani
Chief Operating Officer & Consulting Partner (South & West)
A founder member of
HRIC, Rahul Wadhwani has been associated with Planman
Consulting for over 8 years. He has been a key force
in driving the growth of Human resource Consulting.
Under his leadership Human Resource Consulting Group
have successfully serviced world-renowned clients like
Hutchison Group, Asian Paints, ABN Amro and
ICICI Prudential to name a few.
An enigmatic personality
who is today the prime drive responsible for taking
Planman towards great heights. His forte lies in his
excellent networking skills which has gone a long way
resulting in the tremendous client base which he has
built up over these years.
His people skills have
taken him a long way in building up a team that is an
icon of perfection in every aspect. His mercurial persona
has evolved a team which has given unfailing results.
His specialty is not just in achieving results but he
