GECIS
When the association between HRIC and GECIS took place,
the BPO industry was just into its embryonic phase.
GECIS came up as a huge challenge, but HRIC’s
strength to convert problems into opportunities against
all odds, helped to contribute towards GECIS’s
strategic manpower planning. The GECIS challenge paved
the path for HRIC, not only to learn immensely, but
to devise unique tools and processes, leading to carve
a distinct position in the industry thereby, creating
continuous “paradigm shifts”. While working
with GECIS, HRIC discovered that its specialization
should not be Industry specific, but Skill specific.
The core competence of HRIC lied in its “Search”
capabilities. HRIC’s contribution in providing
GECIS with talents across levels, verticals and locations,
not only established HRIC’s credentials in GECIS
but, across the BPO industry.
