Shekhar Bhattacharjee
Senior Consulting Partner
Shubho Shekhar Bhattacharjee has been
regularly delivering lectures at the institute &
undertaking various training sessions on Motivation,
Group Dynamics, Strategic Marketing, Brand Management,
Team Building, Communication etc. His expertise lies
in his ability to simplify the complexities of management
concepts, ideas and models and make way for lucid comprehension,
understanding and application. Mr. Bhattacharjee is
also Associate Dean - Centre for Planning & Entrepreneurship
at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
He is a Post Graduate in Planning and Management from
IIPM specializing in Marketing and Human Resources Management.
He was the Gold medalist at both IIPM during his post-graduation
and at the University level during graduation in Physics
Honours.
Shubho has developed numerous training modules and has
been the prime trainer for senior, middle, and junior
level training & management development programmes
at Samsung India Electronics Ltd, Amway, Hindustan Levers
Network, Hero Honda, Colgate Palmolive, Electrolux,
Maruti Udyog Ltd, Contract Advertising, Motherson Sumi

of India Limited, Godrej & Boyce, Control &
Switchgear Ltd, Thomson Press, Valvoline Cummins, Fortis
Healthcare, Central Warehousing Corporation, Blue Star,
Adobe India, Forbes Gokak, Ministry of Finance and many
other Indian and Multinational organizations.
He has also conducted sessions in the workshops for
CEOs, MDs, Directors and VPs of organisations like Siemens,
Greaves, Bhilwara, Aditya Birla Group, Tata Chemicals,
Pepe Jeans, Fulford, NTPC etc in Delhi and Mumbai. Shubho
has also successfully conducted the workshop for British
American Tobacco where the delegates from various countries
like Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan etc.

Manchanda
Head TV Production
Rohit Manchanda is a versatile whiz kid who
gave form and shape to the television programming division
of Planman and now heads the TV Production business
unit. His key responsibility areas include conceptualization
and production of broadcast software, communication
content development for business corporations and production
of ad films. He is the executive producer of two top-rung
business programs titled '101 Business Ideas' and 'Lights
Camera Action' running successfully on one of India's
leading business news channel. He has spear headed a
number of coveted business film/ad film projects for
leading companies like KPMG, Hindustan Lever, Colgate
Palmolive, Godrej, Suncity, HCL, JK Corporation and
Michelin among others. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing
and producing an annual TV program on union budget for
telecast on a national news channel for four successive
years.
Rohit is also the Associate Dean, Centre
for Communications Development & HRM at the Indian
Institute of Planning & Management and Consulting
Editor of a management journal- 'The Human Factor'.
He has been acknowledged as a 'Career
Guru' by Zee News (one of India's leading news channel),
where he is empanelled as the sole expert in a weekly
program called 'Kuch Kar Dikhana Hai'.

Siddharth
Nambiar
Principal Consultant – Global Strategy
Siddharth Nambiar currently leads global
initiatives at Planman Consulting. As Principal Consultant
for Global Strategy, he acts as the chief international
liaison for the organization. He holds a degree in business
and was a silver medalist. He has consulted with FORTUNE
500 corporations such as Unilever and Mitsui Corporation,
among others. He also set up Planman Publications, which
publishes various journals on management and Business
& Economy magazine. As Editor – International
Affairs at Business & Economy, he writes on investment
opportunities across the globe and international business
strategy. The magazine is India’s most influential
monthly on business and policy, and counts the likes
of Noam Chomsky, Jim Collins and Marc Faber among its
contributors.
Siddharth is a member of the faculty
at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management,
where he regularly lectures on Management and Entrepreneurship.
He also chairs the Global Outreach Program at the institute
- a platform where faculty from Harvard, Stanford, Yale,
Columbia, LSE and other centers of academic excellence
across the world interface with India. The program has
been an enormous success, with a global network of academics,
consultants and thought leaders actively participating.
