GSIC is strongly committed in upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity in all its endeavours. We primarily operate on two service models which are instrumental in cutting costs substantially by reducing up to 60% on the current costs (depending on the location and process complexity) by lowering risks and round-the-clock productivity.
Retainer Based
This model offers an option of contracting GSIC for a specified period of time when the scale and scope of projects is relatively undetermined whereby the client can hire research associates or consultants on a man-hour/resource basis. The research associates mainly cater to financial and business research support services in the form of economy reports, industry reports, valuations, market surveys, market researches etc. And the consultants mainly cater to high-end consulting projects like due diligence and feasibility studies. GSIC also offers an option of paying a retainer on a timely basis to avail the services of its dedicated team for the work entailed.
Project Based
Under this model, GSIC completes module based projects on a timely basis as and when it is required. This model proves very useful in situations where time is an important constraint and is generally opted for by private equity investors, government bodies, industry associations etc.
Team Based
Under this, the client has discretion of contracting a GSIC team for the execution of specific projects or research studies. This team comprises of GSIC professionals and experts from diverse domains like Economy, Valuations, Fundamentals, Technicals, Industry etc. The selection of the team is based on the nature and requirements of the project. This service delivery option is essentially project based for the end-to-end execution by the appointed team which works exclusively for the client. |
